When I was a kid, we used to call 98 grams of pasta “a couple of eggs”. Now that we’re all grown up, I can proudly say I have more pasta than that. I was lucky enough to buy my first package of it from this Italian grocery store in New York City.
I went to the grocery store and had a hard time finding any of the stuff. I had to make do with whatever was in the back of the cart. This was before I discovered the vast quantities of packaged, ready-to-eat, pre-prepared food and prepared recipes available online.
I went to the grocery store for a reason. When I was a child I was fascinated with the packaged food industry. I remember the first time I had a carton of Kraft Macaroni and Cheese. I was so obsessed with the taste of it that I didn’t even let it sit in the refrigerator. I loved it so much I forced myself to eat it. I still have that carton and I still eat it! Of course, it’s not the same as the real thing.
I know that’s hard to believe, but I’m not a huge fan of prepared food. I think that when someone tries to explain why they prefer prepared food, they usually imply that it’s more expensive. I don’t think this is actually true, but if it were, then I would be one of those people who wouldn’t consider going to the grocery store.
I am a big fan of prepared foods, and I agree that they are more expensive than the real thing. I mean we dont know if the real deal is the same with real meats and cheeses and things like that, but I think that most prepared foods are pretty much the same. For example, I can take my cheeseburger to go, which is always a much better deal than the frozen version that I buy.
You would think that the real deal would be more expensive, but you get the idea. I go to the grocery store almost every day and can eat the same thing that I did yesterday and it wouldn’t be a huge difference, especially for a lot of the things that I buy.
In my opinion, it’s pretty much the same thing, but just with a different name. For example, the real deal is the beef jerky that I buy. Usually, I just eat it with a side of plain rice. The real deal does take a few minutes longer to cook than the frozen version, but it’s still much cheaper and I can usually eat it with a side of rice or something.
The frozen/in-between isn’t really the right answer. For example, I can freeze one thing and then eat it right after, but I can’t do the same with a frozen chicken breast. I would have to buy frozen from the shop, freeze it, and then eat it while it’s still frozen. However, I can get a better deal in the frozen section of the supermarket than I do in the frozen section of the supermarket.
I do tend to buy frozen food at the supermarket, but the Frozen aisle is huge and it often sells out. I can usually find a frozen meal that’s good at a reasonable price. For example, I bought a frozen chicken breast last week at the supermarket and it was only $1.50 a piece. The frozen version is $1.99 a piece. That’s pretty much what your cheapest frozen meal can cost these days.
The price of a chicken breast is going through the roof, and the frozen food chain is seeing a sharp rise in the number of people buying frozen food. Although it is still the cheapest type of food in the frozen section of the supermarket, that’s not to say people won’t want to eat frozen food. It’s just that many frozen meals are made with canned food. And that’s even more expensive than frozen chicken breasts.
