You would probably be correct. The game is still in the early stages of development. The team is always working on new IPs, and recently, the game has been announced as being part of the free-to-play line of games from Bandai Namco. That means a lot of companies would like to get onto the game. The current plan is to release a demo in a few weeks, though.
